I dont agree, I am stuti Aggarwal, Know New Foto Life Owners and Staff from the time I was a school going girl, They are exilent people to deal with. I am surprised to see some one with such bad comments about this organization, ... I remember a day my husb spoiled his digicam and warrenty period was over. The owner of New Foto Life where so kind to get it done for us Free of cost... I strongly recomend all my frnds and family to bye from this shop, ... and we all got same openion.

"INSULTED"+"HUMILIATED" BY New Foto Life Private Limited 172, Sarojini Nagar Market
I got the number of this BAD company from Just Dial, I then called the company about CANON DSLR 600D and asked about the price and best deal they can offer. They replied with Rs.37, 700/ Amount. Next day I visited their shop in 172, Sarojini Nagar Market
Their they showed me some more accessories like the MEDIUM RUCKSACK Backpack bag of national Geographic for 12, 000/- Which I can get for 9000 on snap deal, they also showed me tripod for 7000/-
But we got few of them and adding some more items in my cart the total amount they asked for 46300/- we asked for a discount and they agreed on 45, 000/ in total I calculated the money to offer them but some other person I believe the owner came and said we can’t offer such discount and if we get discount they won’t give their after sale services like they have promised us while giving the money.
When I said "it is not fair and way to deal with customers’ he shouted and said "you are not our cup of tea"
