I was admitted in Menakshi hospital E-5/38, Arera Colony, Bhopal on 13/5/2009 and descharged on 14/5/2009 for Fractional Curettage. The claim was submitted on 18/5/2009 at Bangalore Office of New India Assurance. After repeatedly calling up Bangalore Office till date I have not recieved my claim amount of Rs.6145.78.
