new pan card — not recive pan card

i am kosuri suryanarayana murthy, Acknowledgment Number is [protected], Permanent Account Number (PAN) BDPPK1773D have not received my pan card
my address is K.suryanarayana murty C/O A.Kamaraju, D.NO-18-10-4/1, Ramachandrarao peta Rajahmundry, Andhra pradesh please tell me the way to get it ASAP. can i collect it somewhere Rajahmundry
