newspaper — Not Receiving the newspaper

I am subscriber of 6 months subscription of Times Of India in Miyapur, Hyderabad.
I am staying in Miyapur Pragathi Enclave Hyderabad. I was supposed to get Times Of India Newspaper from August 16th. but its been more than 2 weeks I am not receiving the paper. I spoke to the executive who collected the check of 199/- Rs. as well as 30 Rs. extra. he told me that he will get back to me once he speak to the person who is delivering the newspaper in my area. but he never reverted back. not he has stopped picking my phone call. I informed in the Times Of India office about this change and they assured me that i would be receiving paper on my address. It has been almost 15 days since i made complaint 4 times in the office about not receiving paper but till now i now i have not recieceved.

I would suggest Times of India office to kindly pay back my money and stop cheating people. and if Higher authority are not aware with this kind of activities I would recomment them to pls enquire about this as this may damage the brand of Times of India.
