Dear Team,
I have placed an order for your product Nicer - Dicer 7-8 days back and also had given my Credit card number for the same and was informed that i will receive the same within 7 days and once the product is received at my address the amount will be debited from my card.But the same in not yet received at our address till date and also the amount has been debited from my Credit Card.
When i called up your toll free number [protected] i haven't got a proper reply anytime i called up ur customer care. I have called them approximately 4-5 times since yesterday.when i called in the evening the officer said tht i will get the information in the morning from 10-6. When i called them in the morning the person said tht he will trf the line to the concerned dept. But after some time he said tht call after 10 mins and u will get the revert. When i called up again they again said the same thing and when i got irate he said tht some 1 will get in touch with me after 5 but again the same thing ...i didnt receive any call from your end. So i called up again in the evening to know about tthe status. Again the officer said tht pls call between 10-6. Then why the hell are they for, if they cant solve my query or problem R they just to say that "Pls call from 10-6"
I just want to know tht whne will i get my order at my place.Hope this time you wont let me down.
