You atleast got the possession of your flat. In my case even after having waited for 22 months (possession promised in 24 months), Marvel project has not even taken off. Think of the financial burden on me having made the 95% down payment.

You people (marvel owners) should immediately form a group to fight such mean builders together or else next 3-4 years will also be less to get possession.
I have my 30 lacs in a Marvel flat. After waiting for around 2.5 years was told last week that it will take another 2.5 years. I am looking forward to get in touch with other Marvel owners.
