Downgrade course refund

i have enrolled for DDNT and CMATN from NIIT GHAZIABAD. after few days i upgraded CMATN to CSTQA. And i realized that the upgradation is not beneficial for me. So i decided to downgrade it but when i asked for it from my faculty and center head. They refused to downgrade any course.
my details are as follow plz anyone help me.... and i would like to mention that I AM CURRENTLY STUDYING CMATN content.
NIIT peoples are very greedy they can say anything to get a person to take admission in their institute.

Not downgraded my course now these greedy people marked absent in exam without even informing me about the exam. NIIT is making fun of education Please please please stay away from them.

there are many steps for solving your issue in there complaint section like
1. contact your faculty
2. contact your center head
3. contact regional manager
4. head office
i mailed my complaint to head office email address but the response came from my centre. i want to know that if my centre was willing to solve the issue then why would i bother to mail the head office. Plz NIIT Answer it.
