[Resolved]  NIIT — FEES REFUND

Respected Sir,
I am the student of niit, In Feb 2009 i applied for downgrade(i changed my course from gniit to cfsv2).after 14 months i got 9660 rs cheque from niit c-sheme,at that time they said to that next refund amount will be come in 15-20 days.Till now 5 months has passed,i have'nt got.......
sir the whole process has taken 17 months.....my parents are going to take any legal action.and They have already sent a legal notice to niit c-scheme centre on 16th Aug, but they neglect it.
please its my request do it fast as much as you can. i only got 9660 rs and the due amount is 5000(approx).Sir I got UK Visa for Study and going to Uk on 15 Sep,,,,,,Sir Mr.Arun Sir(Accoutant of NIIT-C-Scheme) He said to me that my due amount cheque will be come on Sep 18,2010, Sir his contact number is -91-[protected]. Sir please do it fast and before 15 sep.I am sending you the scanned copy of notice.

Respected Sir,

I am the student of NIIT Jaipur Prithviraj Marg ( c-84 Prithviraj Marg, C-Scheme, jaipur,Rajasthan). I took admission in NIIT in[protected] in GNIIT Course.I always paid fees on time, after completing cfs-v2 semester I planned to change my course from GNIIT to Cfs-v2, Till cfs-v2 I had paid 45,242.00 rs and the fees of cfs-v2 course was near 24,000.00. So I applied for downgrade or refund on[protected] and pay 562 rs fees for it.

Till now 13 months has gone but they don’t give me the check of my refund amount or neither my certificate. Many times I talked to niit centre head or staff but always they said that your request is in process please wait. but now I can’t wait
My parents are going to take legal action, my friend suggested me the idea to sent a email
To higher authorities of niit, sir my humble request to you please take any action and give me my refund amount and certificate.

Sir I took a long break after cfs-v2 due to my college exams, so I lost my student id or registration number,I told them about it but they never gave me that's why I not mentioned here.

Sir please take any action very soon otherwise my parents are going to take legal action or they are thinking to call press.I have all original receipts of fees payment.And in starting they told me that the refund process only takes maximum 60 days.
