I hereby condemn the way you have posted your complaint which by nomeans seems a professional complaint but a very rude and abusive personal attack.

You have no right to abuse anyone personally as this will never solve the problems you had/have nor it will win you simpathy.

I strongly disapprove of the mis-facts you have represented here and I support Mr.Surojit Biswas in his decisions which are and were always truely professional and towards the benefits of the company and its employees.

Secondly, pointing a finger on Debasmita was the most rubbish thing you have done here, kindly understand that you by no means are a judge one's capabilities.

She is a very nice lady and is very true and dedicated towards her duties.

You should be ashamed of yourself to write such things just out of frustation about god knows what.

Such vicious words, blinded by unjust hatred, is not only an attempt to demean reputed and respectable NIITIANs but it also points a filthy finger to the extremely healthy environment of NIIT Kolkata.

As a lady NIITIAN, I could only be miserably shocked to see such comments on site !

We on behalf of NIITians at Kolkata can only say that this is a downright attempt to disgrace a leader, who have not only lead our region successfully but has been a worthy mentor to all o[censored]s for several years.

This is the fact what is above mentioned. HO should take some action before it is too late.

I was thinking of taking admission at NIIT. I will think many times now and probably not take an admission, and will ask others not to take admission where such malpractices are there.

Thank You so much for complaining against a horrible institution like NIIT. My sister made the worst mistake of her life by doing NIIT course. She wasted her time and money there. The PP was horrible as it was in one of NIIT Franchisee Centres where she got a peanut stipend of Rs. 2500/-. After one year she got placed in the same wretched place with Rs. 3200/- as salary. I can place her as a peon with better salary. The working conditions in NIIT is horrible where the smarter people in RO enjoy life and the others have to slog. For month ends my sister had to stay till midnight. For being absent salary was cut.Sujoy is absolutely right NIIT is a monopoly of a few.There groth opportunities only for the selected few who are in the goodbooks of a few. Working there is horrible as NIIT HO people behave as if the franchisee workers are slave. My cousin has wasted years in NIIT. Niit people brainwash.It is a horrible institute no wonder people are not taking admission as they used to.My request PLEASE DO NOT WASTE UR TIME AND MONEY AT NIIT GO TO A BETTER PLACE TO STUDY, YOU WILL NOT GET ANY JOB FROM NIIT. ALL THEY WANT IF FEES...MONEY

I can't say wheather the above comment is right or not.But one year back i was also part of NIIT.where I was also cheated and abused by someone.That was the only reason of my leaving NIIT.I had been a faculty of a center of repute, where Suman Basu was the center head.He is now in regional.He tried to abuse me (both mentally & physically), when i stood against him, he forced me to resign. when i again tried for job as a faculty, he not only stopped others for giving me a job, but personally made me call and asked to sleep with him to get a job.when i refused he said if i am not aquinted with this, how could i manage with the so called corporate culture? I just want to ask is NIIT the father's company of Suman Basu?So that if anyone is ready to sleep with him, he can put her in a good place? Is there any value of capability?Or in NIIT all the people work like this?Is this the corporate culture by which NIIT is running?Is everyone working like this?He also spread the rumour in regional that i am like this, that whereever i go, i say something against the HOC's.have i ever posted any comment against any HOC before?This Suman Basu is a wicked person in disguise.He has achieved this post only by buttering others.Strict actions should be taken against this kind of persons, otherwise whereever he(Suman Basu) will go will make others to sleep with him, if they disagree he will force them to resign and defame them only to save his position.regarding the above comment I think if there is such complaint it can't be completely false, It should be investigated, and if the person found guilty, strict action should be taken against him.Otherwise people will loose complete faith on NIIT.

ya absolutely the way niit is going is not gud for future, no one listener o[censored]r complain .i am not against of niit ltd .i am against of that type person who think that niit me koi strict action nahi hota hai.like in bihar managed by shambhavi marketing pvt ltd.here 1st semester complete hone me about 1 year lagta hai, i[censored] register complain then no way & the way that teacher r selected is like a jocking .because niit provide online exam but they give offline exam...like prtscreen & many other ways...Teachers r personaly take care of girls ( not for all teachers)...

I am sorry for Someone if the facts are really true. I think, India is a lawless country where "sexual harassment" is almost granted and made legitimate. Complaints are not entertained and respected, poor administration and that are followed in corporate world too. I had chance to work in US for couple of years as well as here in India. I observed closely, how they consider even slightly "sexual harassment" as a serious crime and take immediate action. Here I saw, even the extreme exploitation by some higher authority is ignored and possibly granted !!

Really what you people have written is true but let me tell you complaining about these people and these practices will do nothing because from the top to the bottom the whole system is the same.

The person who is supposed to take action against these people, maybe he or she is doing the same thing at his or her place of work. Don't forget how these people have reached this position, by doing these same things and the people who are protesting against this post, it is clear that they are in the same league with the accused people and thats why the words of the complainant is bothering them so much.

So take my suggestion and stop trying to get these people to their senses and try your career somewhere else.

I have heard that kolkata and the whole west bengal is full of politicians and they take very strict action aginst any such cases.i hope people of kolkata will give him better lesson so that no one can do such in his or her whole life.no one can play with others life.Why u people dont complain to police about this as he called one girl to sleep with him.Lets show him how it feels to say so.These kind of people should be puniished in such a way that no institution can ever think of doing so.Kolkata rays your voice and through these people out of the society.So that we can give a better life to our children.I wish if i could meet him.

Hii, I am satyajit. I also a NIITians. My centre was Uttarpara. I wasted lots of money in NIIT. and they give the placement just a salary of rs 300/- in joining Tathya dot com and after 3 months the company sacked 400 employee as their project over. Niit should know everything about that company's future. And after that placement they didnt need to call me for support. Having spent so much money there I got that type of response. What kind of institue is that??? Really shame NIIT!!!

There's no point in adressing this to the concerned authority...as there's no one...this company is ruled by a named surojit biswas...taking money out of the company to suffice his needs is all that he knows and his b-grade wife who's there in the company to abuse that is what her standard is...well lets see how long he can do that and if niit ho really exist then plz look into the matter b4 the company collapses...

Worst kind of institute possible with no Professionalism. Irregularities is the keyword of this institute. You will forget that a word "Punctuality" even exists, if you join here. Faculties are worthless(Saltlake branch). He is a 2004 HSC pass-out with no proper background on IT. Now you can understand the quality education they give. NIIT Saltlake is probably a set up to loot money from those students, who are hoping something out of this courses.Once you pay money, then NIIT doesn't bother about you. Many other things ... I cant write that much here.

But this is the case in KOLKATA only I guess. Couple of my friends did courses in Mumbai NIIT and they are placed in good companies.

PLEASE AVOID NIIT(KOLKATA branches atleast), IF YOU DO NOT WANT TO GET CHEATED. THIS INSTITUTE IS ABSOLUTE CRAP. ANYONE DEFENDING NIIT HERE IS NONE OTHER THAN SOMEONE FROM INSTITUTE WHO IS EQUALLY PART OF THIS BULL****.

thanks for wasting my money . I will join other than NIIT.
