NIIT — Selling vouchers for Expired exam

I went to NIIT gurgaon center for giving the prometric exam for Microsoft . I mentioned the Exam code to them and without checking they asked me to purchase voucher and sit for exam. I purchased the voucher and went for exam at that time they were not able to provide exam to me and told that exam is not available. It was a real fraud and they are not giving my money back for voucher.
