I would like to bring this into you kind attention that NIIT SmartServe Ltd. operating a BPO in Gurgaon are actually not following the laws under Labour Court. The ratio of work load versus employee strength is so poor that most of the employees are asked to extend their shifts or to come extra without any reiumbursment. If someone denies, they have a threat that job will be lost, because they will be fired. The best practice is that management claims that they do not have any clause for reiumbursment for overtime or coming for an extra day. They are actually exploiting their staff. Sir i am sunayana garg i am working with NIIT as a teacher o[censored]nder NDMC school as a computer teacher and my reporting boss is janath sir heis sitting in a kalka ji branch.few days back i give a leave application to him after this he will be terminated me without any reason, and he is holding my salary cheque but he dont give he says me you do any thing but i donot give you.
And he using a NONSENSE language.
please do a needful action.
