[Resolved]  NIIT — TRANSFER

Respectfully, I beg to say that I want to take transfer from our niit center.
I am student of GNIIT. My student id-s[protected].
I take admission 26 July 2012 but my batch was started at 4 March 2013 and until now I was study sem1 and when I ask our teacher that sir when sem1 will be complete then he say that there are net problem, incore problem and etc.
Whenever I was completed our all cycle test, lab at home. Like, lbps, pcne and c#.
And I have study pcne, lbps and c#.
I have been paid our fees until sem2.
When I take admission than H.O.C of NIIT say that your two semesters will be completed within one year but after 15 month my sem1 are not completed.
Sir I have a lot of problem in my center so I want to take transfer in Delhi after completed sem1.

Whenever I take admission for GNIIT course than my H.O.C say that I will be completed your two semester within 1 Year. After that you can take our transfer where you want but he can’t do it.
In two years my two semesters has completed.

Whenever I was completed our all cycle test, lab at home, pmr and total fees.
After completed my all exam I say our H.O.C, sir I want to take
Transfer in Noida sector 18. Than sir say that would you like to give our supplementary exam than I say that sir I can’t give our supplementary exam here and I have talk our Noida center and he say you came here in my Noida center I will completed our all supplementary exam and I will upgrade your course in GNIIT and sir I am study here so long time and my parents always ask when you take our transfer in Delhi so sir now I want to go to Delhi and now may I go to Delhi sir. Than my H.O.C say you can go now and I will give your certificate within 20 days.
After that I came in Noida and after one month I can’t give my certificate and when I call our H.O.C or F.O.C and ask sir when I got our certificate than he say there are some problem you can get our all certification in portions like-C#, LBPS, SQL etc and you cannot upgrade in GNIIT.
Sir I want to do GNIIT and I want to our transfer or my DIT certificate which I study in Noida center in GNIIT and I will complete GNIIT course.

So sir please help me.

I am a student of NIIT PVT, LTD center RDC(Gzb).My name is Lalit Singh Panwar and my Student ID: S[protected]. I am student of GNIIT 2012 & I am also doing BSc(IT) from NIIT.
My problems are.
1: There is no proper batch is provided to me after 1st sem. Now I have completed 3rd sem.
2: I have requested to monika mam for class .Who is my class teacher but she is not providing me class.
3: I had enrolled Oracle 10g program in 2012 but there is no class provided to me after completion of 1st module. Although i have requested many time.
4: I have completed my .NET project. Ther is no doubt class provided to me by Sudhir Sir although i have requested many time so i had to submitted my in complet .NET project.
5: I have submitted complaint 2 times .
So please transfer me in preet vihar center.
