sir, File Reference Number : CHD-A[protected], Application Date :[protected] Applicant's Name : DAVID SINGLA, Applicant's Date of Birth :[protected] i have cleared my police enquiry on 01-09-08 and till 10-10-08 u don't received my police enquiry acc. to passport status. please do some thing in regards to it because i have to submit it in my college as early as possible for educational tour. Sir, I have submitted my form no.1 without any mistake. But the chd passport office said form no.1 is not fully completed and fill it again. I have submitted a new form no. 1 to the passport office without any mistake on 18th Octobar, 2008, but still there is no processing of my file. I also want to admit one thing here is that, they entered my name wrongly online. My name is "SHOBIT" and same is written on the form no.1 and 10 th marksheet certificate. But they entered my name incorrectly. They entered my name "SHOBTI" instead of "SHOBIT". Please do something, this passport is urgent for me and i want it as soon as possible.
