I HAD PURCHASED THIS MOBILE ON 07 NOV 2008. THE MAKE IS 5310 XPRESS MUSIC

FOR ABOUT A MONTH BACK THE HANDSET STARTED CREATING PROBLEMS e.g IT DID NOT SWITCH OFF AND WHEN IT DID IT ON ITS OWN AND SIMILARLY IT USED TO SWITCH ON ITS OWN.
THE SCREEN WAS ALSO SHOWING LINES AND THE BATTERY WAS NOT HOLDING POWER IT STARTED GETTING DISCHARGED VERY SOON.
I WENT TO THE NOKIA CARE CENTRE IN CLOCK TOWER AREA DEHRADUN, THE STAFF THERE KEPT CALLING ME BACK AFTER EVERY 10 DAYS SAYING THAT THEY DO NOT HAVE THE SPARES . ITS BEEN A MONTH NOW AND THERE HAS BEEN NO CHANGE IN EITHER THEIR STAND OR THE AVAILABILITY OF SPARES. AS OF NOW THE HANDSET HAS BECOME DEAD AND IS NOT RESPONDING TO ANYTHING. IT IS VERY DISHEARTENING THAT A REPUTED COMPANY LIKE NOKIA IS NOT ABLE TO PROVIDE SATISFACTORY CUSTOMER CARE. MY JOB IS SERIOUSLY HAMPERED DUE TO LACK OF MY MOBILE AND I REQUEST YOU TO INTERVENE AND DO THE NEEDFUL.. I AM SERIOUSLY VERY DISTRAUGHT AND DEMAND EITHER I BE GIVEN A NEW HANDSET OR THIS ONE BE REPAIRED IMMEDIATELY.
I HOPE THIS COMPLAINT IS HEARD OR I WILL BE FORCED TO TAKE THIS MATTER TO CONSUMER FORUM.
