[Resolved]  India Today — Non-receipt of Annual Subscription gift and irregular delivery of weekly India Today magazine

I enclose below the correspondence with India Today from 9 Feb 2009 onwards. Annual subscrition gift is still not received though each time they send a standard reply that it will be delivered in 3-4 weeks. Even today India Today is advertising in Newspapers and in their magazine about the gift but not giving to anyone. This is cheating and giving misleading ads to attract innocent consumers like me.

I was advised to wait for 3-4 weeks but more than 10 weeks have passed after that day.



I am disappointed that I have not received the assured gift.



I do not understand that why I have to request and remind for the gift when the same was advertised by you.



This would mean giving false information to the customers.



I have been subscribing to India Today for over 6-7 years now and I am sure this image will not help me to renew my next subscription.

india today seems to have employed people who just answer these e-mails without caring of the services they are supposed to give i think it is high time we should complain to the consumer court about their attitude
