[Resolved]  Regional Passport Office, Hyderabad — Non receipt of Passport & No Status update

Dear Sir,

I would like bring your kind attention the following.

My Mother, Sarojini Devi Kannan applied for Passport on 22nd Dec'2009.

Details are as below...

My Mother's Name : Sarojini Devi Kannan
Passport File No. : HYD-W[protected]

There was a Query from your office against Residence confirmation for last 1year, as there was a change in House No. in old Passport & In Renewal Passport application.

I personally visited the Passport Office on 8th Apr'10 & submitted the required Proof for Residence to Mr. Gangadhara Rao - PA to RPO in person, attaching the same for your immediate reference.

However, even now the present status reflects as Resident Proof to be submitted.

Prior to this there was a delay saying Police Report was not received, Finally Police report was found almost after 3 months of submission of the Passport application, after repeated follow-ups from our end.

I tried sending one of my friend to meet-up with you / your team & find out the present status.

However, he was stopped by your Security team & they were not allowing him to meet up with your concerned authorities.

My mother has to travel to US to at the earliest.

I request your personal intervention in issuing her Passport at the earliest.
