[Resolved] North Delhi Power Limited — Long power cuts at midnight & without prior intimation

Hi, Our meter connection is with indra nagar area (district model town, delhi) & we reside in adarsh nagar.in last fortnight there is a regular power cut of atleast 4-5 hours a day without any prior intimation/schedule of power cut. so much planned are the power cuts that since last 8-10 days power is going off systematically. like in last 7 days power cuts were from 7 pm to 8 pm (22.4.08), 8 pm to 9 pm (23.4.08), 9 pm to 10 pm (24.4.08), 10 pm to 11 pm (25.4.08), 11 pm to 12 pm (26.4.08), 12 pm to 1 am (27.4.08) & yesterday (i. e. 28.4.08) cut was from 1am to 2am. On one hand ndpl & other distcoms & even delhi govt. is saying that right now there is no power shortage but still such a systematic power cuts that too without prior intimation & for long 4-5 hours are going on this irrational & inhuman decision of power cuts in midnight (12pm, 1am, 2am) is totally unprofessional & unacceptable. As a bonafide & honest bill paying consumer, may i have the liberty to ask A) the reason for such long power cuts; B) why prior intiamtion or schedule of cuts is not being given to consumers; C) why cuts are there in midnight; D) if delhi govt. is saying that there is enough power than why these power Cuts? Ndpl department have fix some lite in keshav nagar mukti ashram. Delhi=36
Some light not working till date due to connection can not touch to usal line kindly check in

The reason every time long power cuts every day 4 to 5, 8 to 9 and midnight any time, Why cuts are there in midnight and no any where place in narela power cut so why power cut in sec. pkt- 3, A 9 dda pls solve this problum as soon as posible.

i have applied for a new connection at my premises which is owned by me. the reques no. is [protected] dated 09.01.2010. the department had not made any contact to us. after few days when we enquired about the request they asked me to meet CGO at Keshav Puram because your premises have some dues. i met CGO on 25.01.2010. He was satisfied. After three/four days when i enquired they asked me to meet CRO at badli because dues are outstanding in the name of Anil Gupta. i met him on 06.02.2010. but even after that much efforts the customer care executive asked me to meet the CRO to foreward the mail. I am not in the capability to attend the department so many times. please see in the matter & oblidge.

NORTH DELHI POWER LIMITED — meter shifting

I had requested to NDPL to shift meter vide request No. [protected] and an amount of Rs. 1600 has been deposited on 14.12.10 but till date they did not shift my meter. I m faing problem a lot. Kindly do the as early as possible.
