Ralhans are third rate typical Punjabis of Origin. RC Ralhan started his career in Kota, Rajasthan in Instrumentation. Gaining experience and good hold he stole many goods and equipments from Instrumentation limited of Kota Rajasthan company. And started his own card making company RHPL
Soon he met with a greater personalities like Acharya, kapil, kabra, arvind etc. He started his so called NR Services. He made maximum profit utilizing these great people. Now finally RC Ralhan showed his bloody Punjabi character. He asked these great people to join his company as his employees rather than shareholders. Acharya who had his own good personality threw that offer and went away along with other four members and started a new company in Delhi. Now that company is one of the favourites of World class telecom players & employees . RC ralhan or Mr Greedy got again to the base. Now he wanted to make money and his only option was to ruin poor technicians & engineers. He announced technicians DA to be 100 from 175 and a salary increment to compensate the same. But asyour common sence can tell…RC Ralhan never increased any payment. Later on he started loosing good quality technicians and again he met loss. Now he plans to strike engineers. He now holds every engineers DA. For that he decides with NRs “shakuni” Rakesh Verma . (who is the real devil behind all) He makes new DA sheets which looks impossible for any uneducated technicians to fill. He also added a point that DA can be claimed only ones all blanks are filled….somehow technicians and engineers manage to do so. So Rakesh verma makes another one…and so it goes on
RC Ralhan now makes engineers/technicians work more than given petty cash amounts.. additional petty cash cannot be claimed in so called NR Services. Ralhan family also decides a new thing of profit. They took BE engineers from all over India in the name of training in “CELLINOR” worth 25000 rupees. The training is only of 2 month duration as per rule. But the site training is increased to 3 months from 1 month. NR utilizes these poor children, giving no salary, allowances etc for 3 months field work and they make them do the job of technicians…It is pathetic…Why people in a democratic country don’t respond toward these frauds. Ralhan was ready to give his daughter for getting some long term project..Does it sounds special???? Dear brother sisters raise your voice… Lets unite and finish these frauds
NRs overseas project is another story. He had been doing Indonesian and Malaysia in 1990s and 2000s..they were thrown that time…Again in 2010 they go to Malaysia… Ruins a well run ocal Malaysian company in the name of partnership ( as said before in para 2 ). Engineers were made to sign bonds..taken to Malaysia.They are not given any payments. The engineers there don’t have money to buy good food. The manager of NR Malaysia personally assist these engg. for their survival..there is no electricity water in guest houses due to delayed payments of bills. Lakhs of rupees are pending of these engineers. Local engineers/ technicians have already files case in labour court. Some engineers also tried escaping from Malaysia projects. Their passports where held and they where blackmailed and harassed.
RC Ralhan, NC Ralhan and their son..some bloody ralhan goes in grade cars of lacks of rupees. They travel from Delhi to rajasthan not in Train but their private cars drinking petrol. Ralhans goes to Malaysia in business class flights only. Takes star hotels only when their engineers are crying helplessly
One of their Marketing manager often visits Malaysia not for business but to have unmentionable activities their. There are Malaysians who has helped him for the same too. He is still their for having lifes leisures.
Recently one of their technicians passed away in their delhi guest houses due to heart problem. His salary was held from past 2 months. NR deducted 200 – 250 rupees from everyones salary except ralhan and their respective aunties. But only 30000 was given to his home as per a recent telephonic conversation by us. Anybody having that dead persons contact can call his home. Rest of the money RC ralhan utilized for selling his younger daughter to bansal family the same month. Apart ralhan & varma oter 2 characters of company are subhash and sunil. They are sincere by god. They spoiled their career in NR having laddus from ralhan….do u know ralhans gave their old cars to keep these 2 impressed!!!!
Apart now a new generation of ralhan…some junior manager ralhan sitting in delhi office is a great casanova  of his female staffs…. May Jesus bless all those.


SPECIAL NOTE: All those who work in NR for experience basis

Recently one of the engineer from MP applied a job keeping NRs exp and relieving. That company called NR frauds and suggested that engineer not to keep NRs documents for any future job purpose. Last year NSN Noida also suggested x-NR employeed not to mention NRs name in resume.

NR has been black listed my NSN, ALU, etc…They have spoiled the name of We INDIANS in Malaysia…Why our countrys name be spoiled abroad.



PLEASE SECURE . ESCAPE FROM NR…..
ALSO ALL Unmarried ladies staffs….Please stay away from NR as your name is associated with MR Junior Ralhan.
