I booked a NXG MX HD tab thru their website on the 18th of Feb 2013. I received an Acknowledgement via return email that the product will be delivered in 3 days. After 5 days of not receiving the product I called the sales number and spoke to Mr. Raju, who convinced me to let him check the status and get back to me within the hour. After waiting alll day I did not hear back from him. I tried calling him for the next couple of days on his designated mobile number. He did not pick my calls. after 3 days of trying I got hold of his junior who picked my phone out of mistake and he conformed that Mr. Raju will call back within 1 hour. After not getting a returned call. I called the same number when Mr. Raju picked the my call and he once again promised to look into it, after I insisted that I do not want to continue this discussion and would like my money back, he promised to get my product delivered by the 7th else he will process my refund. Today it is 9th March and I still haven`t recived my product nor have been able to reach someone of authprity who can take the decision for my refund. I am fed up with this company and I beleive this company is a big fraud and are in the process od scamming people. After all these time of communicating with them, I have noticed that this company has no delivery process, no escalation procedure. No technical team, no expertise in the subject matter nor someone with Authority. The people with whom I was talking. Raju, Shriram cannot even speak basic english.
I WARN ALL NOT TO BUY THEIR PRODUCTS AS THEY ARE SCAMMING PEOPLE. STAY AWAY FROM THESE PEOPLE. Was this information helpful? |
