sir, i want to inform you about a company. The company name is Oasis Software, 13/19,Municipal Colony, Kangeyanallue Road, Gandhi Nagar, Vellore. This Company conducted the walkin interviews at different colleges and recruted huge number of students from north india and east india also. After someday it asked for the verification charges, ISO training charges, NASCOM certification charges. It mentioned different different charges to different different students. And the student sent such amount like 12,000/15000 to the company. And the company also given the joining letter to the students who ever sent money. But during the training he started terminating canditates. And he is not paying any type of incentives to the trainee(But during campus interview it told about incentives). And it does not any type of salary to its employee. And again the same thing is repeated. because it conducting again the campus interview at different colleges. He make the people totaly fraud and just torture them to do the work and when work get completed they thrown out or terminate the emmployee without giving salary...

they are playing with the future of the student.
they told the student that they provide food, accommodation and all but when times come to fulfill that they just ignored all.

plz take a proper action against the company. It just gave mental torture to the students recruited and also kept the originals, also took 500rs for medical test and 500rs for id cards, which were not provided afterwards. we were also not given any money or incentives which was promised earlier. we also paid 11, 603 rs draft for some verification, which was also not provided.
I was placed in oasis software through campus placements. At the time of campus placement in ppt they presented that they will give 2 months training on software develpoment and 1 month training on electronics but they didn't did so. package was of 2.2 lakhs per annum but we didn'n got a single penny. they are just playing with our future. we worked around 4 months, joined on 2 november 2009 and resigned on 22 february but we didn't got any experience certificate.
please take proper action against them as they are still recruiting students and playing with there future like us and we don't want whatever happened with us the same thing will happen with others also.

This is regarding the complaint against an organization named OASIS SOFTWARE(www.oasissoftwareinformatics.com). I am a B.Tech. graduate of 2009 batch. I was placed in this organization on 27 Jan., 2009 through a campus placement drive in my college in my 8th semester.
The terms and conditions of the contract were that I would be 'Software Trainee' in the organisation and would be offered a package of 2.2 lakhs per annum and was supposed to join on 24th Sep., 2009. The offer letter was duly signed by Mr. S. Syed Salahuddin(HR Head). Later it was communicated to us that our joining date was postponed to 2nd Nov., 2009 and were supposed to join in Vellore, Tamil Nadu.
We were also asked to deposit Rs. 11, 603 in the name of the company towards "verification charges".
But on our joining on 2nd Nov., 2009 it was revealed to us that we wont be paid any salary during the training period which comprised of 3 months. After 3 months we would be under payroll of the organization and would be offered the salary as promised during the campus placement drive(Rs. 2.2 lpa). However during the training period we would be paid incentives per month which would amount to Rs. 3000 + addons based on our performance. At the time of joining, we also had to submit our original marksheets of engineering which is completely illegal.
I worked in the organization from 2nd Nov., 2009 - 22 Feb., 2010 but was not paid a single penny towards incentives in those 4 months. We were also declined any work experience letter on our leaving the company. As they had taken our orginal marksheets we were unable to file any complaint when we were in the organization. Almost 55 trainees joined in the 2nd Nov., 2009 batch and almost all of them left the organization by 22 Feb., 2010. All of them had paid Rs. 11, 603 towards verification charges before joining and everyone had to return back without any salary/ incentive or even work experience letter.
Moreover the company is still hiring a large number of students from North India and it charges Rs. 12000/ 15000 towards verification charges from all of them before offering them joining dates. But they do not have any intentions of paying the trainees anything making both the further stay of the trainees unfeasible and putting their future under question. They create such circumstances that the trainee themselves get compelled to leave the organisation and I was one of them. The HR of Oasis Software, Mr. S. Syed Salahuddin (also the Hiring Coordinator who visits various campuses for placements), is making a huge money for the company through these verification charges.

The company and the owner, both are FRAUDS...they have ruined the future of hundreds of students...please take action against them.
I am sure this company z a really fraud.we paid them 1.11603(verification charges...i do not know what type of verification they are doing )2.1000(for uniform...what will i say about the uniform?)3.500(for blood test...only group check but they said everybody will get HIV, H1N1, and many more).I donot know which company will do this type of thing.

OASIS VELLORE — FRAUD AND IT IS NOT A COMPANY
HI friendsThis is to inform all the students that please do not join company named oasis at vellore as it is not a company it is a small tinned room with no computers working . The fraud and fake managing director named sallaudin will just ask for money and give no proper training at all. He just wants to earn his living as he has no job to make his living so he is spoiling students life. The placement department also should take care and should not allow such companies to recruit students from college campus. everyone be alert and just forget there is a company named OASIS. We the students who were placed in the fake company are struggling a lot.please say no to OASIS and try for other good companies .

This company is a complete fraud and the HR demanded 11603 as verification charges and later even refused to give details for the same. He just told it as the consultancy charges. I don't know what sort of verification and what kind of consultation has been done by them. He made us to sit in a tin packed room which has been created over the terrace of the FCI building. We were told that a sum of 2.2 lpa will be paid to us but I think actually we were working as well as paying him for doing there our job. Every week by some excuse he used to demand money. 1000 for extremely low quality shirts which was compulsory 500 for blood test which just revealed our blood group and many more. He used to harass everybody mentally everyday every moment at that office cum torture room. He also kept our documents with him. He made vague promises of sending people to chennai after training. Later I came to know that as there is no training so there will be no deputation on projects. Ultimately the employees will leave the company creating new space for freshers. He is still recruiting students from far-flunged colleges whose tnp cell and students don't even have a idea about this hell.
