Dear Sir,
As a company we had taken more than `100 connections. Our company's One number had been miss u by some one, so we raised comlain through customer care & mail that, The pacticular number's outgoing should be barred. They also barred. But without our company knowledge they unbarred the no again & again. So we wrote a mail for customer care through mail. Again no response from them. as soon as we barred the no unbarred. So we wrote a letter to airtel and ask them to recive from us and acknwoledge the letter. But no one is ready to accept and acknowledge letter, They ask to put in drop box. For thier safer side they are not doing this. they dnt worry about the customer & thier problem. But they want to be in safer side and making us into problems. Of this problem we loss our lakhs business & mental toucher. So please take immediate action against air tel. The person i contact talk very harsh . His name is Sarathy, empolyee ID 47691.
