my ups main poroblem is on/off problem and back problem.when power on but ups switch is not easiliy on/off.when ups off some sound is arises and red & green indicator is blink

I have bought the APC 650 UPS, from the second day of my purchase i have the on/off switch problem in this model. The power switch got stuck in its soket when you press it to turn the ups on and wise versa. Now i have this other problem. Even the power is there still its keep on beeping and flashing the yellow light. It doesnt matter if i keep my pc on or off.
our ups is repair and we have a on/off problem
