Dear Sir /Medam I have done on[protected] online recharge Rs 60. But due to technical Problem My recharge not done. In this case My amount of Rs. 60 was debited from my bank but recharge not done. and I have not received any refund from your side . My online recharge details is CN[protected] Merchant Name : CC Aveues OTC: 52606843 Recharge amount : 60 Rs. Date :[protected] I waiting for last 1 month. I feel My refund received from 1 or 2 week , but yet I am not Received ANY Amount From your Side in My Bank or My Mobile Balance. Please do need full as early as possible. Hii, Yeasterday i was recharges on [protected] amounting rs. 448/= through card payment. Transaction amount was deducted from my bank but not recharged in my mobile num o please resolve this query. give cash back my deducted amount from my bank or Activate scheme

I try my recharge of 498 from my jio appiltion through my bank account date is 9th jan 2019 then charges is deducted by the bank but recharge is failed, then i call the customer care they are not give my answer please help me.
