e/banking — can't login with user id &password

i received i-banking user id &pass word 29 days ago.i could not log in. imeediately i approched local branch AGO COMPLES, RANCHI, THEY TOLD ME THAT IT WILL BE RESET WITHIN 10 DAYS. i then registered my complain to i-banking customer site in the same day just 21 days ago . now whenever i try to log in a message comes "your ticket has been raised" my question is how many days it will be raised position?

I-account — can't log into my Internet account

Whenever I log into my registered account into Airtel, I always get stuck with the form filling in the beginning.

SO cant access my airtel number account, hence cant see details of my account.
I hv been suffering from day one I took this number, its almost one year now.
I hv been sending them mails, no response frm them, customer care executives dont understand what i say.
I've sent attached snapshot of my prob, prob is from there side, not frm mine.
In the end AirTel sucks...

I changed user name after getting net banking kit from S.B.I PATNAGARH in the district of
BOLANGIR (ORISSA). But I could not create log in pass word.Pass word created by me was not accepted by the system.My SB Account NO IS [protected].

I have talked to the B.M. I have talked to the customer care representative
but to no avail.
