[Resolved] Opening an SB Account — Opening an SB Account | |||
Dear Sir, I had visited the Karnataka Bank, Koramangala Branch to open an SB Account, I had Voters ID, PAN Card for proof of Address.But the official over there is asking for Introducter My question is When Government has issued Voters ID is it not enough as Proof.The Person is Questionong on Voter ID itself saying it might be done illegally. If that is case Why Government issues this sort of Card, which does not make any use. For this we have to spend the whole day standing in que******* How can a Bank believe on a introducer, Any person might sign and the person might close his account itself. then what is the use of introducer sign. I have been in Bangalore since 35 Years and i have to search for introducer to open a Account. The Government has to come up with any alternative ID which can be used as a Proof without asking for additional proof like Gas Bill, Telephone Bill.....etc If staying in Family we might not have in our name. If i do not have any proof then where to keep my money, How to believe on Bank for my Money, Any Gurantee???? Was this information helpful? | |||

My name is premkumar I am residing at H-11 Cauverynagar Trichy Road TNHB Namakkal. I had gone to State Bank At Namakkal Main Branch. They gave Account Opening Form. I was gone to that branch four times. But They did not opening my Account. I approched so many times they did not open my account When i went bank then come tomorrow. So I vex your bank. Please solve this proper action.
