Granity office is closed. They have not paid the owners of Indrinagar building from many months. Now the office doesnt exist anymore. All the contact numbers are invalid. Their lawyer Mr. Lakshmana mentioed that he is not responsible for any updates given by Granity as he doesnt know Granity ppl whereabouts.

So Granity duped all the investors. Only possible option to pursue is the MArketing Arm "Orange Properties". Here a new story begins as it is looking impossible to get the money back and if you try hard they challenge you to go to court.

So dont keep dreaming about the legality of the document you have got verified from your lawyers.
Please go ahead to Orange Prop office on MG Road and get the latest details.

I am another victim of Granity Properties. Since I have directly booked through Granity, Orange properties is not taking any responsibility in my case. Now Granity Properties office got closed in Indiara Nagar and none of their phone numbers are working. Please let me whether I can get money back if I go to consumer court. If any of you wants to accompany me for going to consumer court, please let me know.

sir i have supplied material more than one year of rupees 42 lakhs, but stil i dint get any amount i have all his purchase order and sales invoice whenever i go to his office he mr vijaykumar tels me that give me summore time no please help me how can i come out of this problem there are 3 member like me the amount is almost one cr almost 3 supplyer like me please reply me,

Any one has any latest update on this, What is Granity/Orange saying, will they refund the money or get the property approved by BDA...

I am also a victim of orange holidays. After 6 months of efforts to get my money back, they gave me the cheque but it bounced.
This is a clear case of fraud.
There are so many people i found on internet who got cheated by orange properties Woods holidays etc.
We need to unite and claim for what they promised, for our money or for the respect we deserve. We can file a complaint against them and also a legal case.

We purchased an apartment from CSR builder, at Banswadi ring road. Its tieup property with builder and landlord. Now landlord is creating problem, even though property is sold, he still think he own everything. We complained many times to CSR to sort out the issue. nothing has done till now. .Its more than a years time Cark parking marking not done, childeren play area suppose to be there where Landlord has dupmped his stuffs. Party hall is suppose to be constructed where its washroom is occupied by landlord.
please dont purchase from them. what ever they promise nothing wil be there, construction is average. its like paying money for taking .

Orange properties in outer ring road is seized by CCB when i visited last saturday(11/07/2009). even i had invested in Granity Properties marketed by Orange Properties.

Folks, I went and lodged a complaint at the Central crime branch (CCB), CottonPet today from my orange premium apartment, it is dissapointing to know that the Orange properties owners are underground now. There were tons of complaints lying with the CCB. and even for Orange woods and electronics.

Some o[censored]s Internet savvy are aware of the problem but there would be many others who are not yet aware of the problem.

I used this post today to write my greivances to some press email ids, and I will be sending some letters to the various new editors as well, please try doing the same and write your grievances and hope we get some notice on this problem.

i gave .90 thousand rupees advance by getting a land in Bangalore urban on 2007.but he is cheated. me.i have a agreement paper signed by the family.is there any possible to get the money back.if any one help me to get my money back.please contact to my mail ID.
