Oriental Bank of Commerce — WRONG TRANSACTION OF MONEY

I M FROM KOTA, RAJASTHAN.
I REQUEST TO WITHDRAW 500 RS. FROM STATE BANK ATM BUT THE REQUEST WAS NOT PROCESSED.I GOT THE SLIP IN WHICH THE REQUEST WAS NOT PROCESSED IS PRINTED.
THEN I DO THE SAME FROM OBC ATM AND FOUND MY 500 RS WAS LOST.

ORIENTAL BANK OF COMMERCE — REGARDING WRONG DEDUCTION OF MONEY FROM TIMEOUT PROBLEM OF ATM.

Dear Sir/Madam,

This humble request that an amount of 4000/- (four thousand rupees) has being debited from my saving account [protected] on 16/10/2009 at 6.26 p.m from ATM Machine suitated near collectorate circle paota, jodhpur.And I have submitted an application regarding to this matter to my branch office, Bikaner....
MY Complaint no is 30303 but I hav'nt got my money back... and no one is giving the proper solution regarding to my matter..
kindly consider my case.....

I went to ATM situated at Shadipur Metro Station to withdraw cash.No guard was available at that time for any kind of assistance.When somehow i located the guard(Vikas Kumar) from Java Securities roaming around in metro station premises.I told him him to sit at ATM Machine center he told me he strated Mis Behaving and told me do whatever u want to do.This is not expected.
Please take neccesary action against the guard.

I have my saving account number [protected] in OBC ia Najafgarh New Delhi (110043) branch & visited allahabad bank ATM on[protected] at 11:15 to 12:30 ATM ID(ALBD021701) in Bengaluru K.G Road I withdrawal of Rs 10, 000/ my transaction has been declined but an amount of 10, 000 is deducted from my a/c
then i contact to the customer care no. of OBC & allahabad bank branch officer but the say wait for 24hour and then see your bal i have wait for 24 hour but i haven't got my money. they say contact to your home branch the branch is in New Delhi & i am in Bengaluru so please tell me what i will do.
