[Resolved]  Oriental Insurance Company — Breck my policy without concern & signature in form.

Respected Sir,
I am somnath Maity of 199 M M GHOSH ROAD, DUM DUM, KOLKATA-700074, i am mediclaim's policy holder since last 8 years of ORIENTAL INSURANCE.
This year i submit my policy's premium before 4th day but they are breck my policy without my concern / signature .
I had request more time but they are not agree to change their fault .
So i am not getting income tax rebate for breck my policy.
I hope you will step necessary action

IF YOU GRANT MY REQUEST I WILL BE HIGHLY OBLISED.

I am somnath maity customer of your insurance from last 8 years at 7 Red cross place, kolkata - 700001 office code - 311800, old police no was 2008 - 809 & my new policy no are [protected], 793-2009 which incorrect but they are refused to correct.actually i am proposer & other member are my wife, mother & retired father and depepdent sister.
They have no right to copy our signature for new policy
They have no right to breck my policy without my concern
they have no right to misbehave to customer

Mr. ashok gupta as (D.M) he can't say this is a Govt. office not private office here rectrification not correct immediately.

Mr. Narayam Mondal As (O.I) he can't wait 4 hours without ...

I REQUEST YOU PLEASE DO RECTIFY & COMPENSATE ME AS EARLY AS POSSIABLE .
If you not change my policy then please refund my cheque
