Orkut.com — not able to do scraps

hii iam ritika narang frm delhi..iam nt able to do scrap on orkut..dere is not an error shown.,,nd my second id ritika.[protected]@gmail.com..plz help me out as soon as possible...nd wen iam going to accept d frnd request..the error shows 'you have temporarily disallowed from performind this action.please try again later,,plz when i used to open anthr id,,there iam able to scrap....help me orkut
