dear sir my con no is 505789.after returning from abroad i paid money for reconnection..sat yr staff laid cable and prom tv can be operated from sunday.i gave a com also on sunday.tel no[protected] remains busy without break.other nos ends in ringing only..what i am to do.it will take time to get adjusted with your complaint system. can you help.?

I disconnected my Internet on 12 Mar 14 and deposited my modem. I was assured that my refundable amount ( 1000.00) will be paid within one month. But till now i have not got my amount.
