DEAR SIR/MADAM, MY ORTEL INTERNET MEMBERSHIP NO IS-756342. NAME -BIKASH TRIPATHY I HAD DISCONNECTED Internet TEMPORARY. I HAD MADE AN ADVANCE PAYMENT OF Rs.665. I WANTED TO DISCONNECT MY CONNECTION PERMANENTLY BUT I WAS TOLD BY THE ORTEL EXECUTIVE THAT THE ADVANCE AMOUNT WOULD NOT BE REFUNDED I DO NOT WANT THE REFUND BUT I WANT THAT MY ADVANCE TO BE ADJUSTED IN ANOTHER CONNECTION. You wont receive it any more, they take the money for the modem from you assuring that you get it in cheque but dont pay it. its there monopoly.
TODAY I RECEIVED A CALL FROM THE EXECUTIVE AND HE SAID THAT HE WILL TRY TO DO MAKE SOME ADJUSTMENT & AND TOLD ME TO GIVE IN WRITTEN THAT PROBLEM IS RESOLVED.
BUT STILL HE SAYING IS SAYING TO CALL HIM WHEN I MAKE THE NEXT PAYMENT & THEN ONLY HE WILL TRY.

ortel communication — Refund not received
In had taken the Internet Broadband connection of Ortel communication in Bhubaneswar. I had paid 1200 Rs as security charges.I was communicated that if i cut the connection within a year & return all the devices, then 750Rs/ of security money will be refunded.I have returned all the devices in the ortel office bhubaneswar & provided my communication address. They said your money will be sent via check at your address within a month. But, now its 4 months & I haven't received any check.Kindly help.
