Dear Sir/Madam,
I have applied for Ortel Internet on 14.01.2008 with full payment to their sales executive Mr. Bhimasen Swain. Next day they have installed modem at my residence at 5pm & commited that internet will be activated after 11pm. But till 30.01.2008 I am not able to access internet. After several tele follow up with their customer care & engineers I am able access internet on 30th Jan 2008. But the net speed was not sasisfactory & was very slow (they commited 512 KBPS). Again they have taken one month as advance which they have not adjusted in the bill which got recently. From 14.01.2008 to 30.01.2008 periods I have not used their service which they have not adjusted as deduction from the bill. I have never experienced the worst service they are providing. Kindly do the needful.
