[Resolved] Otis Lift — Otis lift are of very cheap quality

Dear sir, We have been provided with an otis lift (6 persons) at 17 storied building by our builder / society. There is an annual maintenance contract with the company. Since the start of lift there are always some problems in lift. Sometimes lift stops in between, sometimes it makes noise. Otis technical staff is not technically sound, they do the repairing of lift but again after sometime it fails. Complaint: entry door at the ground floor makes noise during sliding. Not considering the seriousness of lift in the multi storied building. No proper maintenance.

We gave annual maintenance contract for seven lifts in our society i.e. Jhulelal SN CGHS at Pitampura, Delhi. The company staff acts as a govt. staff and does not bother to attend to even attend serious complaints in time.

We have two lifts in our appartment. The main problem is we are not getting mobile signals in the lift.so emergency we could not call a person for help.This is a major manufacturing complaint of otis lift.So dont recomend otis to anybody.
