This complaint is very volatile but with out providing any details. Infomedia18 has got a customer redressal cell, which address to the customer complaints prompltly. Infact Infomedia18 has got a toll free number[protected] and an active mail ID [protected]@infomedia18.in for addressing the problems of the customer.
More so they have a clear esclation modules, in which every mail communication has got detailed esclation procedures for the resolution of the problem.

They do not reply when you write to their email address. very pathetic customer support and management...
I receive my mag on time. once when i havent recd my copy, i called them, they send me next day. idk why u are facing this prob.
I am also experiencing the same, I had subcribed 3 month back and since then received only single copy in 1st month and last 2 months no copy delivered.
I am sending a mails to them but no reply except they confirmed copies being resent wherein I never received the 2nd copy.
1st time experiencing such a bad service from Overdrive.
I am feeling like being cheated now.

I Swapnil P Gawande have purchased
Artificial Leather Jacket last year Winter, its being only 1 year past and the
jacket got scalling on their edges near to Zip section.
The upper part is pile up and come out.
I have paid good cost for this Jacket and hardly used last year and this year but now after paying such high cost on Blackberry brand if getting such worst quality then I am afriad to use this brand in future .
Now this jacket is no use for me.
While purchasing this Jacket since it was not of Pure leather I asked specifically to Sales Man that what about quality and how it will be durable.
He said it is high quality material thats why charging high too hence be asure about quality.
But within a year with less usage such bad quality product came out.
It was charged equivalent to Pure Leather Jacket cost which normally available in other brands but since its was Blackberry brand I was also very much sure about the good quality and purchased and now I am regretting on my decision.
I am attaching some images of my Jacket which shows the problem.
I hope this brand will help me to resolve my problem.
