[Resolved] Overnite Express Courier — NON RECEIPT OF COURIER

I have not received my courier no.[protected] via OVERNITE EXPRESS which has reached Dehradun three days ago.The local courier office in Dehradun is delaying delivery of my courier.Every day I phone them and they say that the courier is out for delivery and will reach me the same day.I have also complained on OVERNITE'S web site.There is also no response by them.

Our Docx no. is [protected], which is come from Dehradun to Rishikesh, Courier sent from dehradun by 1st of may till now we do;nt recive any courier . Between dehradun to rishikesh hardly 1 hour distance.
I asked your customer care, they was saying " main aaj nahi aa sakta kal ko de dunga " its mean that guy are not taking any responsbility he is not worked seriously. That document is very urjent for us.

If you are giving that type of service, nobody is not trust on your courier service...infact this happning is second time . I m very dissapointed.
