Overnite Express Courier Goregaon region — Firms PAN Card related

dear sir/madum
pls go through the given complaint regarding my firms pan card which returned from my office primises due to non presence of any person at time of dilevery, because of my newly opened office .
i already communicate your malad as wellas goregoan offices but there is no proper responce given by them they are not giving me a proper answer for my pan card where it was because of which we r faceing somuch probblem because of your very bad service and not giving proper report of my PAN card till today i not know aswellas your reagion and branch offices also not know where it is since last 3 days i am giving a call to your goregaon office but they always tell me it is at malad office for dilevery when i talk with malad office guy he tell me itwas returned at goregaon office because of this and your goregaon offices phone no one is picking at very rarely a leady can pick the phone at any time u can cll at this no.[protected]/[protected] and also she is talking like we are her employee or a creaditor
pls i[censored] able to solve my problem because u can inform me where is my document i will collect from there itself only because now i have no time i already late for my account oppening due to your service and responce i
dont know that a courier company like yours reputed name as a leading courier, giving this type of services
pls go through my complent and shortout it as early as possible

Your delivery boy comes to delivery Pan Card Delivery Boy give me Rs.100/- I had not paid Rs. 100 /- then your delivery boy return courier i am writen courier envelop why i have not received this courier in present time NSDL web site pan card deliverd showing .but till date i not recieved it .kindly solve my problem

Mediclaim documents from Royal sundaram reached to the above courier office asper the sms .
But they are delivered the same.

My name is RAVICHAND YADAV. My pan card was sent through Overnite Express Ltd. courier vide airway bill no. [protected]. however i never received it. I tried to contact Overnite Express Ltd .but there was no reply from their side. Therefore i want to lodge a complaint as i faced number of problems because of that.

I would like to bring to your notice about unscrupulous service provided by Overnite Exp.



I have not receive my shipment AWB no.[protected] till day which is received by overnite on 6th May 2013.


I do not remember the courier person name who called me for address verification. After confirming the address he informed me that he will deliver the shipment same day and that is on Monday 20th May 2013.But i did not received it till day.

I checked your tracker system and found 23rd May RTO: OFFICE FOUND CLOSE (Shipment address was home address).

Then i called customer care and they gave me mahim branch phone number. after speaking with mahim representative he informed me it is with goregaon branch. then i re-called customer care again and they informed me it is being sent back to sender.


It was important document which i missed just because of worst service by overnite exp.

Hi this is Shagufa Qureshi I have applied for pan card when I checked my pan card status it shows my pan number and pan card delivered to my communicative address through overnite express ltd vide area bill number [protected], on 08-october-2014.But till now I didn't get my pan card.
