[Resolved] Overnite Express Limited — Document not delivered even one month has been passed away.

Hi

I sent one packet on 8/10/2011 to the following address through Overnite Express Limited. The airway bill number is [protected]. My client id is C0159. This packet is not delivered to the destination. Above than one month has been passed away. Neither anybody informed me that the packet has not been delivered to the destination, nor they given back the packet to me. After one month the customer informed me that his document has not been delivered to him as yet.

Overnite Express — not deliver document

I couriered a document on 16.03.2011 docket No.[protected] From Meerut (U p) to Pune. I called to Pune office so many time but no reply. My document very imp road permit without road permit I cant dispatch goods. I bare so many loss. pls advice

Overnite express limited is the most irresponsible courier. It collects consignments meant for no-service area with the intention of not delivering, gets paid for the same and then shamelessly returns the consignments to Origin.

Is there any remedy for the helpless customers who are taken for a ride by the Overnite Express Limited, the domestic and international couriers.
