[Resolved]  PAAVAI INSTITUTIONS — ASKING MUCH MORE FEES TO THE STUDENTS

In PAAVAI institutions top level people ask much more FEES RATHER THAN university perscribed and AICTE NORMS.THEY are giving more tourcher to all the students to yearn money.daily they conducted TEST and ask more FEES to develop they own businees.there is no infrastructure facilities in the campus.no labs are there.very poor infrastructurs facilities.in case 10 staffs need in the sense they put only a 4 staffs and no non-teaching staffs.NO LAB INSTRUCTOR ARE THERE.very less staffs are working.they are giving more tourcher to the staff members and giving more WORK LOAD RATHER THAN THE ACADEMIC SIDE.
NO STAFFS ARE READY TO WORK IN PAAVAI INSTITUTION and also they giving VERY POOR SALARY TO ALL STAFF MEMEBERS AND EXTRACT MORE WORK TO ALL THE STAFF MEMBERS.VERY TALENTED STAFF ARE RESIGNED THEIR JOB THE ONLY REASON IS A TOURCHER TO THE ALL STAFFS IN ALL DEPARTMENTS.THEY KEEP ALL STAFF CERTIFICATES,GIVE MORE WORK LOAD AND GIVING MORE TOURCHER TO THE STAFFS.ANY STAFF WANT TO RESIGN THEY WOUNT ALLOW AND ASK SIX MONTH SALARY AND SCOLD LIKE ANY THING.ALL PRINCIPALS IN THIS INSTITUTION ARE TREATED THE STAFFS MEMEBERS LIKE SLAVES.NO ONE STAFFS CAN TRULY WORK IN THIS INSTITUTION.IF ANY STAFF WORKING WELL THE DIRECTOR WOULD NOT ACCEPT AND GIVING POOR INCREMENT FOR THE SENIOR STAFFS.TOTALY 150 STAFF MEMEBERS ARE GO OUT OF THIS INSTITUTION DUE TO MORE TORCHER AND GIVING POOR SALARY TO ALL THE STAFF MEMBERS.
PLEASE TAKE FORCED ACTION AGAINST ON THE PRINCIPAL,DIRECTOR,HODS OF ALL DEPARTMENT AND THE MANAGEMENT.THEY RUNNING A EXCELLENT BUSINEES RATHER THAN A EDUCATION WILL NOT GO THE STUDENTS MIND.TAKE FORCED STEPS TO SOLVE THIS PROBLEM AND SAVE THE SOCIETY.
