[Resolved] Panasonic — Extended Warranty not being issued | |||
I purchased a Panasonic LCD TV, Model No.TH-L32C8D from More Mega Store on 16/04/2010 with their Bill No.[protected] and TV serial No.%956E22383. I had sent the warranty card No.LCDT-54703 to their address to register but till date I have not received the warranty registration letter from them. On contacting them they are washing their hands off by saying that they have not recieved the card, which was posted to them affixing two Rs.3 stamps. the address also was preprinted on the card so there is no reson of it reaching the wrong address. They are asking me to check with the PO which is impossible since it was a ordinary post. Now can you help with what legal options I have to make them issue the warranty card. The bill and product registration is in my name. What is the fuss they are creating to issue one card. Was this information helpful? | |||
