With respect to my Panasonic XT50 purchase on 27th July, I have serious concerns keeping in perspective:
1. Marks on 3D Glasses: I was promised that a complaint was registered and I would get a message. No action has been taken.
2. No Warranty Card: All my friends have got warranty card with plasma. However, my plasma is without WC. This was shared with Raj, however I have not received any update.
Installation Engineer suggested 2012 plasma does not come with a Warranty card. Had I not relied on him, I would have pressed for replacement straight away.
After seeking input from other users & my friends, I got to know he was not giving the correct information.
This has spoiled the whole shopping experience. Would you buy clothing with some spots on it? Answer is no. I cannot be forced to accept a product with so many question marks on it. I have little faith in the product supplied to me keeping in perspective lack of import stamp, Missing Warranty Card & marks on 3D Glasses.
Given my family's legal background, I would not hesitate in taking next steps and this note is a step in that direction to document my grievances with you.
Hopefully this is resolved ASAP today.
