I have purchased a 32" inch panansonic tv from Vijay Sales with 1 year warranty, tv is broken in the 13th month and the cost of repair estimated 10,000. Guys at vijay sales were prompt however it takes min 20 minutes to get the right person to complaint. Panasonic service agent has taken the circuit for god knows what and then instead of expecting call back, i keep calling them. makes me feel Panasonic makes lousy products and overall they are not worried about consumers.

Hello,
i have purchase plasma tv 50 inch 8 month back and now it started giving problems. There are several thick lines coming on the display and the technician already visited the fault and assured me the tv will be replaced in few days now its been a month and he has not come back with any reply.
please advise me on this as this cost me 71000 rupees and didnt even last for 7 months.
