my a/c. I have had to get it serviced already more than 4 times as i hv a problem with the cooling. Whenever i hv lodged a complaint the a/ has been serviced but my only problem is that once warranty is over i will hv to spend every alternate mnth for servicing. I hv spoken to the area head of panasonic mr. Gilbert also he also is aware about my problem and he had asked e to mail him details but he has not reverted back to me since then. I have only 2 mre mnths remaining on the warranty and i need panasonic to give me a permanent solution. I had also complained regarding the same at the contact centre and i am sure they have a record of all my complaints. I hope my grievience is addressed. Thanks.. Was this information helpful? |
