[Resolved]  Pancard — didnt got pancard

i mr. zahiruddin faruk shaikh staying in dehu road had applied for pan card in the month of october 2008 with the application sr. no.[protected].
i am informing you about not receiving of my pan card.
as it must be delivered with in 15 days from the date of application so i request you please look into the matter and dispatch my pan card as early as possible.
