Barclay Credit Card — They have provided two Metlife policies by providing wrong details
I have raised a complaint on 23-Aug-2010(Complaint #: 4078696), But till now it is not resolved. After raising complaint, I have a got call from mumbai Support center and not provided any solution to me. They say they will escalte this complaint to next level. But till now I did not get any support regarding this. At the same time I am getting calls from billing (Chennai Center) and even messages also. This is happening repeatedly. I said to them that I will not pay the bill till my complaint is not resolved.I am holding Barclay credit card. I received a call from barclay-metlife customer care regarding the MetLife health insurance. I have been told by customer support guy “That Barclay is providing MetLife insurance to all the credit card holders free of cost as a part of Barclay marketing strategy”. Though I was not interested they forced me to take the policy. They said I need not pay anything, and when I will receive a call from MetLife regarding this I need to give them verification details. My wife also has been said the same and she also received a call from them. This MetLife insurance has been activated for both o[censored]s.
But after the policy got activated I paid 7 instalments of rupees 842/- and 6 instalments of rupees 830/-. I have been deceit and for no reason these instalments got debited from my account. Please close this policy and reimburse the amount to my credit card.
Still I am wating for solution to my complaint.
The journey goes on from Aug 23 to till date.......
