[Resolved]  PARANJAPE SCHEMES PVT LTD — NON ALLOTMENT OF COVERED PARKING

Dear Sir,

I had booked my flat in D building flat No 708 Akaashdeep Phase II Dhayri in 2005. I was one of the earliest members to book the flat along with my friend Mr Kedar Kulkarni in Building C of the same schemes . We had opted for the covered parking and which was assured by your sales persons at the site. Accordingly we made the agreement and paid the amount to you as per your demand.
I took the possession in Nov 2007 as the project was delayed for some time. At the time of possession I had enquired about the parking allotment but the allotment was not final from your office. The day when the meeting cum function was held in your presence I met Mr Chhatre as the parking was not allotted to me . I was surprised the being an early member who trusted the site and booked the flat was deprived.
Mr Chhatre told me to meet him in the office and then I met him several times but was always un answered .He always asked for more time and gave excuses that Our MD is not available, I will talk to the management etc. Once he told me he will be giving an extra covered parking outside the building premises. Even that was agreeable to me.

One fine day Mr Chhatre had resigned and all my follow up was for almost 1 year was destroyed because he did not tell anyone regarding the matter. The Mr Santosh Dhamdhere joined his place but the same story again started. Initially I did not pressurize him as he was new ,he said he will come back with a solution after discussion but this person was also doing the same thing for last 1 year .

I was given place in the premises outside the building which was stated as open parking.
I did not like this attitude from such an Reputed construction company. Sir , I have given all me hard earned money not for that I should be cheated in such a manner .
Mr Chhatre had allotted the parking as he wished which is not acceptable to me. It was the duty of the management to fulfill the commitments made to customer or atleast inform them regarding any changes. I don’t understand why the allotment process was not monitored by higher authorities before finalizing the allotment .

You are well versed with the cost of covered parking in todays date . I have been parking my car outside the building inspite of paying you all the money in advance. It is so insulting for us. I think all the things should be justified by you as the leader and promoter of the company because everyone is giving excuses using your Name. I would like clearly tell you that I am not interested in the Open parking which you have given to me.

Now this new person Mr Santosh Dhamdhere started playing with me the same game as Mr Chhatre . He is been committing me since last 1 year but everything is fruitless. One fine day Mr Santosh told me he will repay me the amount as now the parking cannot be allotted which was very shocking, but afterwards I frustratingly agreed to get my money back.
I had given an application for refund of the amount on 20.09.2010 . Mr Santosh had committed to pay me within 10-15 days accordingly I had made my financial planning
I met Mr Santosh on 11/10/10 and told him that I will complaint regarding the same to your higher authorities. He said the chq will be issued within 2 days

I am unable to understand why always I am at stake and Paranjape Staff is at leisure.
Sir I have paid interest @12.50 % to the bank for paying you Rs 50000/- as parking amount since 2007. and @ 4% since 2005 .You may calculate the amount and justify the same.

I have not demanded any money which is out of order or for the cost of phone calls to your people nor for the ridiculous treatment received form the staff . I am demanding the money with the interest which I have paid to the bank just to pay you ( Till date I am paying the amount at the same Rate of interest i.e 12.50% at The Vishweshwar Sahakari Bank Limited Pune )

I have receceived a chq worth Rs 50000/- on 31.10.2010 form the builders office of Rs 50000/- and they are silent about the Interest .

I had forwarded a similar type of letter to the company asking the explaination but no one is ready to discuss or even have a courtesy to call me and tell me or reply me.

We are disappointed by such act from such an reputed builder in who is have big business in Pune, Mumbai, Bangalore. I feel the company is sorry for the thing that has happened and and not bothered about their customers .

I feel the management is so poor and lithargic that they even dont know what is happening in theri office and do not have any interest to rectify thieir mistakes ,Since i am launching my complaint .

I need to have my interest on my money that I have paid to the company and and also acknowledgement from the company that they have commited a mistake.
