[Resolved]  Paschimanchal Vidyut Vitran Nigam Limited — Excess bills without actual meter reading

We are having electricity connection vide account no- [protected] in the name of OM PRAKASH PUROHIT . Despite so many written and personal requests our electricity bill is being issued showing consumption of 320 units, though we are consuming only 1-10 units of electricity per month as our flat remains close as no body is presently residing permanently at our flat. Despite so many requests the concerned staff / authority is not taking any action and issuing bill under METER STATUS - as 'F".
