INFORMED BY THE ENQUIRY DEP THAT IT WILL BE RECEIVED AT YOUR END WITHIN 15 DAYS. BUT STILL I HAVE NOT RECEIVED

ANY INFORMATION FROM YOUR SIDE.


KINDLY LOOK IN TO THE MATTER URGENTLY AS I AM TO GO ABROAD BY THE END OF THIS MONTH.

Sir,
I submitted my passport for renewal on03 jan 2009 thro speedpost.The passport was sent from CUDDALORE HEAD POST OFFICE Tamilnadu Pin-607001.Speedpost no is[protected] IN.OP CODE:KIB .It is since two months I have no info regarding the fate of the application.The office has not sent the formal ack alos.My old passport was also enclosed no E 7933352.You are requested to find out the present position of the case.

This is Zakir Hussain file no R13033509.I had applied for passport renewal but dint recieve any thong from your side.We had submitted our details to Vivek nagar Branch.I have given for both me and my wife her file no is R13033609. My daughter Syeda Ayesha Fatima's passport was submitted for renewal.whenever the file reference no: c007404 is entered, the information that is displayed is that "THE PASSPORT WILL BE DISPATCHED BY 25TH MAY 2009, SUBJECTED TO ALL PAPERS BEING IN ORDER".

But till now there has been no enquiry.there is no response whenever I dial the contact numbers given in the receipt.I would be greatly obliged if my daughters passport is delivered soon, without any further delay.

Please note that almost 3 months have been passed and status is still the same “Application is pending for want of Police Report”. I visited the concerned Police station and i've been told that they haven’t receive any application from your office. It’s been a long time, I’m still waiting for my passport.

Also, have tried to reach office telephone number and CPO number to check my status but nobody responded.

I applied for passport renewal on january 6 2010, (File no: W230172).Its been more than two months since i have applied for it, i even got the police clearance and yet i didnt receive my passport, i am a senior citizen and cannot even make a follow up by putting rounds to the passport office.Whenever i check my online status of the passport it showed "It is to regret that due to unavoidable circumstances the despatch of Passport has been delayed and will now be despatched in a week's time ". This message has been there since 20 days,i need to get my passport urgently and i hope the concerned authorities will look into the matter and despatch my passport as soon as possible.

My family applied for passport renewal on December 1st, 2009.

We we out of country for last 10 years and my family came from USA to India to attend my brother in law wedding and applied for passport renewal. That's it!!! My family stuck in India for 5 months without passport. And I have to come back because of this.

If you are not able to provide services, then update in passport website that you can not renew for Indian NRI's. Please do not play with our lives.

This is too rediculous that for passport renewal it takes more than 5 months those who are in overseas for past 10 years.

EVERY ONE: IF YOU ARE NRI, PLEASE DO THE NECESSARY AT OVERSEAS PASSPORT OFFICES. DO NOT COME AND APPLY FOR RENEWAL OR ANY ISSUES RELATED TO PASSPORTS AT HYDERABAD (THIS IS WHAT I EXPERIENCED).

AND FINALLY THE SERVICE IS WORST. THEY DO NOT UPDATE OR CONTACT THE REASON FOR DELAY. LOOKS LIKE THEY ENJOY PEOPLE TO SUFFER......

Respected Sir,

This is to bring to your kind notice that, when I was working with Modi Xerox Ltd, staying in Rampur, UP, I had applied for renewal of my Passport on 10th Dec 2004 vide file no. O 003663 at Bareilly Passpoort Office. Since then I have been sendig reminders to the concerned dept. no response have been received. Meanwhile I used to check the passport status it was showing "under Police verification" I had checked with the local Police authorities as as with LIU, on verification of their records they said that it has not reached them.

Meanwhile I have changed my job and shifted to Greater Noida, I have also registered a complaint through internet vide ref. no. Bly-386/2004. I have been sending letters to the Bareilly Office frequently in this reagard.

At last in the first week of Jan 2007, there was an inquiry from the polIce at my Rampur Office address. When I was informed about this by my colleague, I immediately I had a talk with the Police man and told him the present address where I am staying now, and simultaneously I sent mail to Bareilly Office also.
The police man also agreed to come for an enquiry in my present address.

Very sorry to say Sir, till the date nothing has happened. For your information the current status showing "objection" . I don't k now what kind of objection?

I would request your kindself to please look into the matter personally and do the needful.

Sir, I would like to know as to why my passport is taking so long for renewal. I had applied for a renewal of my old passport from GPO Mumbai on the 9th August, of which I got an appointment of 1030 hrs slot. My application number is BOM W102504 , I finished my Police Verification on the 25th of August itself at the Cuffe Parade police station. It is almost now 89 days since I applied. Would you please tell me how long more do I have to wait?
