Passport — Not receiving passport

Dear Sir ,
Delay in despatch of Passport ( Passport Office Bhopal }
This is Sachin Sutey applied for passport on 10 Feb 2011 my File No:-
BPL A 003016 police report is clear ,
After 6 th months ,I am not able to get my passport at your end,. I have visited your Bhopal office many times but there is no response .
please take some action to dispatch my passport as early as possible .
