Received My New Passport on 20/11/08 with "Distorted Photo" , My File No. "E041926"

Respected Sir/Madam,
I am a doctor and I applied for a reissue of my
passport as my previous passport expired. I received my new passport
on 20/11/2008 but my photo on the new passport is distorted, I suppose
after lamination of the page because of some moisture, photo has got
little distorted. Kindly, suggest me now, what to do, whether give
back the passport for a new scanned photo to be pasted there or little
distortion is acceptable. Waiting for your earliest reply.

DOB : 20/12/1974.
Date of Issue : 17/11/2008
Date of Expiry : 16/11/2018.
Place of Issue : Mumbai

Hi

I applied for my passport on 15-07-2011 in hyderabad(A.P).app.no.w267870 .Now the status of application .

Application has been transferred to policy section, Please See the PRO .
there is no change in status of application from 1 year.
