Passport — delaying passport

Respected sir,
I Daljit Singh from kaithal have applied for passport.It have been 12 months now and there is no response.Please look into this matter i would be thankful to you.My File Ref No.Z513159.Please do reply me soon what is the problem and why its taking so long.

I applied for passport on november 17th 2008 under thatkal with the application number HYDA07114008 .I paid the fee also.But I received an intimation from you, to submit annexureB in the latest format. I submitted everything as required by you along with the reference letter sent by you. so far, I did not receive any intimation regarding the status of passport. I request you to issue passport immediately.

i have submitted my passport form in july 2008 file no z066795 police enquery has done pls tell me status.

I have applied for a passport on 28th August 2008, but not yet received it. Police verification is already completed six month back. but till now I have not yet received my passport. This month 20th isubmitted my application form with full details.and informed me 24 of this month we send passport by mail.but now i check about my passport status.They put display{police report was still not recieved}But already i submit my police report.So please check about this.

My File # A015398 i have applied in normal method even i have went to passport office in chennai and made a complaint still i havent received my passport, i need to go for employment in aboard for my family bad status, so sir pls kindly consider my problem and clear in as soon as possible.

ON 9th october 2009 i submitted my application form with full details .but now i check about my passport status.They put display{police report was still not recieved}But already i submit my police report.So please check about this.pollice demending for bribe and they didnot send report from past 3 months .
